摘要: Abstract [Co(phen) 3 ] 3+ /multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified graphite electrode ([Co(phen) /MWNT/C) has been developed to monitor quantitatively 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) concentration and study the effect of rabbit blood as disturbance agents on determination. Multi-walled (MWNT) are used for efficient immobilization . The prepared /MWNT/C exhibits an excellent redox activity. 6-MP is detected by monitoring reductive current values free or –6-MP complex generated interaction MWNT with 6-MP. These electrochemical signals found be sensitive enough changes, also applied evaluation in presence blood.
