摘要: The safety and efficacy of transcutaneous temporary pacing were assessed in 21 patients undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia. Complete capture was achieved all patients. threshold 50 mamp two patients, 100 nine, 200 ten. influenced by electrode position also, possibly, age, heart size, chest size. No adverse effects encountered. Transcutaneous is a rapid, safe, effective means the operating room. ( JAMA 1985;254:84-86)
