摘要: PURPOSE: To compare the refractive, visual acuity, topographic, and spherical aberration outcomes of LASIK using Quest excimer laser platform with optimized prolate ablation (OPA) profile (NIDEK Co Ltd) in one eye conventional fellow same patient. METHODS: Thirty-seven myopic patients underwent bilaterally, randomized to receive OPA (-3.88±1.42 diopters [D], range: -1.53 -7.50 D) (-3.89±1.37 D, -1.75 -7.00 D). Independent paired t tests were used for testing differences between groups at last postoperative follow-up (6 or 12 months). RESULTS: Postoperatively, 97% (32/33) eyes 94% (31/33) saw 20/20 better without correction (P>.05). No lost 2 more lines distance corrected acuity. Manifest refraction equivalent was -0.16 D group -0.05 Ocular -0.003 μm +0.102 (P<.05). Corneal asphericity statistically lower after (0.07±0.26) compared (0.30±0.26) (P<.001). The mean programmed optical zone achieved horizontal diameter effective significantly larger CONCLUSIONS: Postoperative acuity refractive similar groups. Laser situ keratomileusis myopia induced less corneal ocular aberration, resulted normal eyes, profile.
