摘要: PURPOSE: To describe a novel excimer laser ablation algorithm, termed optimized prolate (OPA), that uses both topography and ocular aberrometry maintains or improves the natural comeal shape postoperatively. METHODS: A descriptive article outlining theory behind this OPA algorithm. RESULTS: The theoretical changes to algorithm described in will produce cornea CONCLUSIONS: treated eyes have equal better visual quality than preoperatively because age-related from lenticular spherical aberration are measured treated.
