摘要: Early diagnosis and early initiation of disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy slow the progression joint damage decrease morbidity mortality associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). According to European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) guidelines, treatment should be initiated methotrexate addition biological DMARDs such as tumour necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors considered for RA patients who respond insufficiently and/or other synthetic have poor prognostic factors. Africa Middle East is a large geographical region varying practices standards care in RA. Existing data show that are often diagnosed late, present active disease do not receive course disease. In this review, we discuss value remission-targeted limiting improving outcomes RA, challenges adopting these strategies East. addition, propose an action plan improve overall long-term outlook region.
