摘要: Abstract The electrical transport and magnetic properties of (La 1− x Sr )FeO 3−δ )MnO single crystals were studied as a function the dopant concentration oxygen deficiency δ. Crystals grown by floating zone process subjected to post-annealing treatments in oxidizing or reducing atmosphere control This two-step allows precise Moreover, wide range δ values not attainable changing only growth conditions can thus be studied. Controlling Fe Mn valencies via was found affect profoundly.
