摘要: We present the results of kilohertz mechanical spectrum perovskite (La1−xPrx)1/3Sr2/3FeO3−δ (x = 0 to 1) samples. An oxygen vacancy related internal friction peak was observed around 400 K in nonstoichiometric La1/3Sr2/3FeO3−δ and Pr1/3Sr2/3FeO3−δ octahedral tilting Pm3¯m↔ R3¯c transition appeared as a step-like decrease modulus with temperature less Another unsymmetrical due relaxation domain walls just below transition.
