摘要: Abstract Oxygen nonstoichiometric La 1/3 Sr 2/3 FeO 3− δ sample was prepared and investigated by kilohertz mechanical spectroscopy dielectric from liquid nitrogen to room temperature. Charge order is suppressed in oxygen sample. Young's modulus shows conventional hardening with the decrease It different previous observed lattice softening above charge ordering transition as-prepared A relaxation process loss activation energy of 0.26 eV. can be explained electron hopping between Fe 3+ Jahn–Teller distorted 4+ ions. An internal friction peak around 130 K similarly stress induced . This work suggests that stabilized distortion ceramic. expected reason suppression
