摘要: Polyvinyl(alcohol)/starch/graphene nanocomposites with enhanced properties were prepared by solution mixing and casting process the aid of glycerol as plasticizer citric acid (CA) crosslinker. The dispersion graphene in water was made sonication prior to it PVA/starch solution. effect varying concentration CA crosslinker nanocomposite 0.5 wt% studied detail. structural changes, morphologies characterized different techniques. FTIR results revealed that crosslinking reaction interaction between hydroxyl groups PVA and/or starch oxygen-containing present on sheets. mechanical also improved reinforcing graphene. formation crystal from interrupted a large extent interface at amorphous zone polymers crosslinks polymer chains. total crystallinity system found decrease increase degree crosslinking. There marked thermal stability blend crosslinked CA. produced compact bulk morphology homogeneity starch. this study illustrate can be an effective compatibilizer PVA/starch/graphene for improving properties, reason is candidate replace non-biodegradable plastic films food packaging sector.
