摘要: Here, we report a case of young man who presented with significant upper gastrointestinal bleed treated by endoscopic removal multiple hyperplastic polyps. Gastric polyps are relatively uncommon cause overt bleeding. While most gastric asymptomatic, they may present abdominal pain, iron deficiency anemia or outlet obstruction. These associated conditions such as Helicobacter pylori gastritis and atrophic autoimmune gastritis, which predispose the epithelium to chronic inflammation epithelial repair. The patient Northwestern Memorial Hospital in July 2011. were resected clip-assisted snare polypectomy.
