摘要: The invention discloses a Yersinia pestis virulence-related protein sORF17 and coding gene application thereof. amino acid sequence of the isas shown in Sequence 2 table. Bal b/c mice are injected subcutaneously groin with 100 CFU plague bacillus delta sORF17-150, compensation strain or 201 strain, then fed normally for 14 days, during which survival is observed. results show that virulence sORF17-150 significantly decreased (causing no death) compared (death beginning on 5th day all death 5-8th day); can completely compensate virulence. Thus, has an important influence pestis. significant value.
