摘要: The present invention relates to a genetically engineered live Plasmodium organism. In particular, the an attenuated organism characterized in being liver-stage. further aspect, isolated nucleic acids relating liver specific promotor allowing liver-stage expression of mRNA organisms. addition, pharmaceutical compositions, vaccines, are provided comprising plasmodium particular useful for vaccination against malaria diseases.
