摘要: An anomaly has been observed in the ultrasonic attenuation and thermal properties of $A\ensuremath{-}15$ compound ${\mathrm{V}}_{3}$Si superconducting mixed state. The anomalous behavior successfully explained terms reorientation tetragonal domains, with their $c$-axis perpendicular to magnetic field. This mechanism domain instability is based on a model, proposed by Tachiki, one present authors, which an anisotropic state induced band Jahn-Teller effect for structural (martensitic) transformation just above transition temperature. Anisotropic respect direction applied field was studied order examine mechanism. It found that, although experimental results are rather complicated due demagnetization sample geometry irreversible nonideal type-II superconductors, they not contradictory but qualitatively agreement predictions model.
