摘要: Abstract Chronic hypervitaminosis A was diagnosed in two patients who were initially seen because of ascites and clinical signs cirrhosis. Histologic examination liver-biopsy material revealed perisinusoidal fibrosis, central-vein sclerosis focal congestion associated with lipid-storage cells. Vitamin fluorescence found on frozen sections, direct assay tissue substantial increases vitamin content (1700 to 2200 μg per gram wet liver).
