Both groups practiced PMR at home while group also received 3 treatments. Method.—All participants recorded frequency intensity diary (HD) 2 weeks pretreatment, continued recording during period until reassessment total 6 7 weeks. All tests significance set P≤ .05. Results.—Twenty-six completed study. Results indicated that number Free Days Per Week significantly improved (P= .016) Two other measures, Degree Improvement .075) HD rating .059), which combine intensity, did not meet our criteria statistical both scores are <.10 indicating trend toward improvement clinically significant. The Rating showed 57.5%, 15.6%. show significant .264). Conclusion.—The who osteopathy treatments had more days per week without than those only exercises.
