摘要: Abstract (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 (KNN) ceramics and KNN containing Li, Ta modified with 2 mol% of manganese have been produced using the mixed-oxide synthesis route. The structure properties these piezoelectric investigated high resolution X-ray diffraction electrical characterisation. structural information about was determined by Rietveld refinement Fullprof. phase transition temperatures observed compares well values from dielectric studies. addition Mn slightly reduced for sample only changed orthorhombic to monoclinic space group Pm. dielectric, ferroelectric samples decreased due hard doping effects resulting oxygen vacancies in perovskite lattice.
