摘要: Abstract Primary biliary cirrhosis is characterized by abnormalities in both cellular and humoral immunity. It associated with presumably autoimmune diseases such as Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma. syndrome scleroderma have been noted to an increased frequency of malignancy. Of 208 patients primary cirrhosis, followed for one month 15.9 years, extrahepatic malignancies developed 11, six whom were women breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma.
