摘要: In order to investigate the role of renin secretion and ACTH on circadian rhythm plasma aldosterone (PA), activity (PRA), cortisol (PC) PA were determined at short-time intervals in 10 normal supine men. Six subjects studied under a sodium intake 4 restriction. was suppressed by dexamethasone. Under changes seemed be more parallel with PC than those PRA as indicated higher significant correlation between 3 subjects. 1 subject no observed despite visual synchronism concentrations both hormones. dexamethasone medication fluctuations followed while less 2 mug/100 ml. restricted state, closely paralleled significantly correlated seen PC. persisted. Our results indicate that man influence may vary different intakes. seems dominant factor controlling PA, whereas restriction are mediated through angiotensin system. When is dexamethasone, controls low intake.
