摘要: Plasma aldosterone, plasma renin activity (PRA), cortisol as parameter of ACTH and the serum concentrations sodium potassium were determined at short time intervals in 10 healthy students after an overnight bedrest during three hours ambulation. While PRA rose significantly within 15 minutes orthostasis all students, aldosterone showed a similar rapid increase some subjects only. These persons demonstrated also simultaneous or cortisol. not before 30 to 60 change upright position who neigher nor increases. It is concluded that immediate rise seems depend on stimulation by potassium. The main stimulus appears be angiotensin system. If response posture mediated only through this system delay observed.
