摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the survival rate and incidence prosthetic complications in 377 implants with a double octagon connection. Furthermore, correlations among implant dimensions (diameter length), bone quality, insertion torque were investigated. A 4-year multicenter prospective clinical designed dental inserted 189 patients between January 2004 April 2010. After an average follow-up 46 months, 99.7%, complication 0.53%. Moreover, statistically related significant way diameter. connection system seemed reduce risk that component screw would loosen. Within limits study, it observed wider diameter corresponded higher primary stability. Implant length did not seem be critical obtaining
