摘要: Calcium signals in cells of the immune system participate regulation cell differentiation, gene transcription and effector functions. An increase intracellular levels calcium ions (Ca2+) results from engagement immunoreceptors, such as T-cell receptor, B-cell receptor Fc receptors, well chemokine co-stimulatory receptors. The major pathway that induces an Ca2+ lymphocytes is through store-operated entry (SOCE) calcium-release-activated (CRAC) channels. This Review focuses on role lymphocyte functions, signalling pathways leading to influx, function recently discovered regulators influx (STIM ORAI), relationship between diseases system.
