摘要: CdS nanoclusters were formed in the porous glass matrix by sequential chemical deposition from liquid-vapor phase and their content was investigated. The room temperature photoluminescence spectra of specimens excited with a 235 nm wavelength had typical narrow peaks at 400 nm. can be explained quantum effects for charge carriers confined inside small-size (radius order several nanometers) clusters. At same time luminescence specimens, but xenon lamp 77 K, ~700 that approximately corresponded to band gap crystalline CdS. possibility crystallites existence follows size distribution voids is confirmed X-ray wurtzite structure. peculiarities observed are energetic diagram configurational space.
