Influence of Carbon Multiple Treatments on the Photoelectrical Properties of Porous Glasses

摘要: We have studied the influence of multiple carbon treatments on properties silica porous glasses. Each step each treatment started with filling voids glass carbon. During following anneal interacted walls voids. It was shown that low dimensional silicon clusters were formed inside as a result this reaction. In experiments photoluminescence spectra and conductivity carbon-processed specimens measured. The size-distribution in glasses calculated from absorption—desorption isotherms. An original technique proposed allowed to obtain positions peaks spectra.
