摘要: Backgrounds. The objective of the present research was to systematically revise international literature about genetic biomarkers related oral cancer (OC) evaluating recent findings in clinical studies. Methods. A comprehensive review current conducted according PRISMA guidelines by accessing NCBI PubMed database. authors search articles English language published from 2008 2018. systematic included only papers with significant results correlation between wound healing, alteration, and OC. Prognostic capacity markers not evaluated vivo. Results. first analysis filters recorded 1884 papers. Beyond reading consideration suitability, 20 then 8 papers, case report exclusion, were for revision. Conclusion. All researches proteomic alterations OC human biopsy cells. gene modification level different studies, compared samples healthy tissues, has always been statistically significant, but it is possible associate publications each other because job based on measurement targets. Further investigations should be required order state scientific evidence a clear advantage using these diagnostic purpose.
