摘要: The present review of the fiber connections hypothalamus has been concerned basically with recent data obtained by aid autoradiographic and HRP tracer techniques. Evidence presented shown that, besides confirming many older data, studies have resulted in introduction several conceptual modifications into classic picture hypothalamic hodological relationships. Among these modifications, following can be mentioned: (1) medially placed nuclei a great number long efferent afferent extrahypothalamic structures; (2) send direct projections to cell territories brainstem spinal cord that contain preganglionic autonomic motor neurons; (3) neural districts lie caudal mesencephalon hypothalamus; (4) addition olfactory channel, other sensory pathways (including interoceptive gustatory conduction lines) relatively access mechanisms; (5) sends fibers give rise widespread monoaminergic projections; (6) there are anatomical establish reciprocal between basal ganglia. Some possible physiological correlates findings context metabolic regulatory functions briefly indicated.
