摘要: The subject of our investigation was the effect bilateral damage to lateral hypothalamic area (LHA) on cellular immune response (CIR), assessed by measuring diameter skin infiltration (DSI) 24 and 48 h after intradermal administration tuberculin in adult male Wistar rats, previously immunized with BCG vaccine. It has been shown that: 1) hypothalamo-lesioned rats (HLR) DSI measured tuberculinization did not differ, 2) sham-operated (SOR) injection significantly higher (p < 0.02) than that found antigen administration, 3) damage-induced loss body weight 24-48 difference responders HLR group correlated negatively each other (r = -0.806, p 0.05). These results indicate LHA enhances rate formation, but maximal size, tuberculin-induced infiltration. Thus, seems be involved regulation/modulation processes engaged expression reaction.
