摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common and fatal types cancers worldwide specific mechanism has not been completely elucidated. microRNA (miR)-3664-5P rarely studied aim present study was to assess an association between miR-3664-5P GC. Differences in expression 100 GC (0.1846±0.08276) paired normal tissues (0.4382±0.1595) were detected using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction assays (P<0.001). 5-Ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine, Cell Counting Kit-8, transwell flow cytometry performed vitro results further verified a mouse xenotransplantation lung metastasis model vivo. significantly downregulated when compared with positively associated prognosis patients Overexpression suppressed knockdown promoted proliferation cells Following application bioinformatic algorithms luciferase reporter assays, metadherin (MTDH) confirmed as target gene miR-3664-5P. reduced MTDH nuclear factor (NF)-κB signaling pathway. Rescue experiments demonstrated that suppression restored effect inhibitors on cell lines. The suggested by attenuating NF-κB pathway via targeting. Consequently, may have potential be independent prognostic biomarker
