摘要: Aloe-emodin was found to be a photosensitizer and possess anti-tumor activity. However, the detailed mechanism underlying biological effects of aloe-emodin remains unknown. In this study, we explored mechanisms photocytotoxicity induced by in lung cancer H460 cells. According results photoactivated aloe-emodin-induced disruption cytoskeleton, verify that with irradiation induces anoikis Photosensitized is associated protein expression α-actinin mitogen-activated (MAP) kinase members. rapid opening mitochondrial permeability transition pore change apoptosis-related were involved cell death. We also demonstrated mediated through intrinsic extrinsic death pathways caspase-dependent manner
