摘要: : Photodynamic therapy was found to be an effective for local malignant tumors. This study demonstrated that 80 μg/ml Hedyotis corymbosa extracts with 0.8 J/cm2 fluence dose caused M21 skin cancer cell death. Photoactivated H. corymbosa-induced death is a typical apoptosis accompanied by nuclear condensation, externalization of phosphatidylserine and the changes in protein expression apoptosis-related proteins, such as Bcl-2 caspase family members. applied 2D electrophoresis analyse proteins involved photoactivated apoptosis. We 12 markedly changed. According results sequence analysis these altered spots, we identified cytoskeletal chaperones were further H. corymbosa significant effect on cytoskeleton distribution mitochondrial activity cells. Based above findings, this characterized effects mechanisms
