摘要: Exposed ocean beaches are harsh and dynamic environments controlled by waves, tides, sediment type. Physical biological factors operating over several spatial scales govern macrofauna biodiversity patterns on sandy global macrofaunal can be reliably predicted the basis of physical features beach environment. Biological interactions may become more important regulatory agents in benign dissipative beaches, which harbor high species richness abundance organisms. Sandy their threatened coastal squeeze, constriction between rising sea level expanding human development.
