摘要: Summary The VX 2 carcinoma is a transplantable rabbit which has been extensively studied as model of tumour invasion bone. produces large amounts prostaglandin E but also resorbs bone directly. In this report we show that the contains specific, high affinity (Kd 2.0 × 10 −11 M) receptor for 1,25 dihydroxy D 3 sediments at 3.5S in sucrose density gradients. Its characteristics are very similar to those 1,25(OH) human breast carcinoma.
