摘要: The variation in the intergenic spacer of ribosomal DNA (rDNA) tetraploid wild emmer wheat, Triticum dicoccoides, Israel was examined 112 individual plants representing 12 populations tested earlier for allozymic encoded by 50 gene loci. detected means restriction endonucleases results part from number 135-bp repeats that are tandem array DNA. Intergenic spacers genes within a single locus relatively homogeneous, but T. dicoccoides display wide spectrum rDNA spacer-length variation. Some very whereas others heterogeneous. most homogeneous population consists with spacerrDNA lengths common Israel. specific regions identical loci on different chromosomes population. and diversities highly significantly intercorrelated, both correlated predictable terms climatic variables.
