摘要: A simple but effective strategy was introduced to realize color tunability of a composite phosphor Y2SiO5:Ce/Y3Al5O12:Ce (YSO:Ce/YAG:Ce). The main idea use the cathodoluminescence YSO:Ce additionally pump photoluminescence YAG:Ce based on radiative energy transfer. Morphology as well properties YSO:Ce/YAG:Ce phosphors were investigated in detail. According transfer, an intense yellow emission with excellent can be obtained from under low voltage electron beam excitation. Moreover, tuned blue through adjusting content. mechanism for enhanced and also discussed. It experimentally proved that gamut display hue could greatly enriched when employing additional typical tricolor FED phosphors.
