摘要: This draft of the Official Round Table held during 99th SIO National Congress is an updated review on diagnostic tools, importance polysomnographic recording and a critical analysis surgical techniques in obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS). The available publications premise along with specific relationship between OSAS metabolic vascular disorders. In addition, most recent investigations disorders altered glucose metabolism are summarised discussed together results study by authors involving fairly large number patients diabetes.
