For each patient, we recorded sites, obstruction effects mandibular pull-up manoeuvre on both snoring. ascertained that, almost all patients, noise snoring generated at oropharyngeal level. level, either isolation or combination with other structures, is far more common. effective reducing resolving number even though their AHI values were high. those having an over 15, point out various indications gained from examinations. Drug-induced (propofol) can be considered safe procedure, easily practicable, valid reliable; therefore consider it fundamental clinical investigation that essential when choosing treatment.
