摘要: The antianginal effect of the so-called “calcium-antagonistic„ drugs has been demonstrated beyond doubt through numerous clinical studies [1]. However, their mode action, both with regard to coronary and left ventricular as well peripheral dynamics, still needs further analysis. Various “calcium-antagonists” are in use today. investigations reported here were performed exclusively Nifedipine, calcium antagonist strongest action on system hemodynamics among those accepted for use. Accordingly, mainly two problems discussed: Nifedipine system, its hemodynamics.
