摘要: IGFs are potent mitogens for many different cell types and play important roles in growth development. A multitude of regulatory factors modulate the expression IGFs. In some teleosts, liver IGF-I has been demonstrated to depend on presence GH. However, GH dependence IGF-II teleosts is controversial. Moreover, most IGF studies bony fish have focused liver, information extrahepatic tIssues conflicting inconsistent. This partly due fact that traditional methods mRNA measurement such as Northern blot RT-PCR not sensitive enough detect changes levels because low these tIssues. addition, there few system non-salmonid teleosts. Our laboratory thus begun a local tropical fast-growing fish, common carp (Cyprinus carpio). this study, real-time quantitative PCR assays were developed accurate method was based fluorescent labeled probe, which cleaved by Taq polymerase during 5'-->3' nuclease activity. The signal generated directly proportional starting copy number target molecules sample. Hence, it possible quantify both reliably very small amounts obtained from juvenile carp. Using assays, pattern various studied, their differential response stimulation also investigated.
