摘要: Objectives: We compared perioperative results and complications of reconstructive surgery the urinary tract performed using a multichannel platform through umbilicus one additional 3.5-mm with cohort patients simultaneously treated conventional 4-port laparoscopy. Materials Methods: Matched-pair study comparing outcomes, postoperative visual analogue pain scale (VAPS) morbidity 2-port (n = 20) 10) laparoscopic urological surgery. Preoperative data included demographics, type surgery, operative time, blood loss, decrease in serum hemoglobin, complications, length stay according to Clavien-Dindo classification. Results: There was no significant difference between groups regarding age, gender, body mass index, American Society Anesthesiologists score, intraoperative or transfusion. Estimated loss lower reduced-port approach. VAPS at day significantly for approach so stay. Patient satisfaction wound higher Differences were not observed number severity complications. Conclusions: Urological operations can be safely hybrid laparoendoscopic single-site umbilical approach, resulting patient pain, which also facilitate earlier hospital discharge, than same procedures multiport
