摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: Although laparoscopy has emerged as a feasible and effective alternative for majority of open ablative abdominopelvic urological procedures, minimally invasive reconstruction come to the forefront only recently. We present current state art laparoscopic reconstructive urology.Materials Methods: conducted an extensive MEDLINE search purely surgery from 1976 through 2002. Based on results, we divide clinical procedures into 2 broad categories—established evolving. Each category is further classified according organ involved—adrenal kidney, ureter (evolving only), bladder prostate, miscellaneous. Clinical were considered established if our literature review revealed any report more than 100 patients, or reports at least 5 different centers greater 20 patients each.
