摘要: Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy has the advantages of less pain, early ambulation and shorter hospitalization compared to open nephrectomy. Kidney recipient surgery is, however, traditionally performed by surgery. Our aim was study feasibility safety laparoscopic kidney transplantation (LKT). After permission from Internal Review Board, LKT in four patients. All kidneys were procured deceased donors. Left used for transplanted left iliac fossa while right standard (OKT). procedures successfully. Cold ischemia time varied between 4 h 14 h. For LKT, mean anastomosis 65 (range 62–72) min, operative 3.97 3.5–5) h, blood loss 131.25 mL 45–350) mL. Mean wound length 7 cm group 18.4 OKT group. Delayed graft function observed one patient each One lost due posttransplant bacterial meningitis. At 6 months, both groups have comparable value serum creatinine. In conclusion, is technically feasible safe. Long term outcome needs be evaluated a larger study.
