摘要: BACKGROUND Retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy may be an option in selected group of patients. We present our cost effective, reliable ingenious laparoscopic knife ureteric incision during retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy. METHODS Ingenious is made by firmly tying stab to 5 mm instrument. This passed through 10-mm renal angle port for making incision. RESULTS has been successfully used 22 patients with no intraoperative and postoperative complications. CONCLUSION instrument
