摘要: Background The aim of the present study was to prospectively investigate how mini-incision donor nephrectomy (MIDN) and laparoscopic (LDN) affected donor's quality life fatigue. Methods Forty-five donors underwent MIDN 55 LDN. Quality fatigue were recorded preoperatively four times during one year follow-up on Short-Form 36 (SF-36) Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 (MFI-20), respectively. Results One-year response rates 89% 95% following LDN, After MIDN, all dimensions SF-36 significantly declined. Most returned preoperative values at three months except for "vitality" (six months) "bodily pain" (12 months). scores months, "role physical" (both six Between-groups analysis revealed better "physical function" (P = 0.03) 0.04) LDN month postoperatively. did not differ between groups any point in time. General physical (MFI-20) remained up after either type surgery. 4% had work weeks postoperatively versus 28% 0.04). Return activity level different groups. Conclusions Both procedures clearly impact beneficial effect earlier return encourage us advocate as surgical approach be preferred.
