摘要: Long-term physical and psychosocial effects of laparoscopic open kidney donation are ill defined. We performed long-term follow-up 100 live donors, who had been randomly assigned to mini-incision donor nephrectomy (MIDN) or (LDN). Data included blood pressure, glomerular filtration rate, quality life (SF-36), fatigue (MFI-20) graft survival. After median 6 years clinical laboratory data were available for 47 donors (94%) in both groups; 35 (70%) the MIDN group, 37 (74%) LDN group. years, mean estimated rates did not significantly differ between (75 mL/min) (76 mL/min, p = 0.39). Most dimensions SF-36 MFI-20 groups at follow-up, most scores returned baseline. Twelve percent reported persistent complaints, but no major complications requiring surgical intervention. Five-year death-censored survival was 90% LDN, 85% (p 0.50). outcome is excellent from perspective recipient.
