摘要: Summary Fourteen cases of carcinosarcoma, primary in the stomach, have been reported and we are adding another. This type neoplasm has observed to occur more frequently organs other than stomach. There many pitfalls inherent making this diagnosis. However, it is our opinion that such an entity does exist. case carcinosarcoma occurred pyloric area was adenocarcinomatous ulcer adjacent a sarcomatous polyp which there were groups squamous epithelial cells. In one metastases near head pancreas cells stroma. another metastasis only adenocarcinoma.
