摘要: Due to their sessile lifestyle, plants have cope with an ever-changing environment and defend themselves against a multitude of biotic aggressors that compromise development reproduction. Responses various stresses largely depend on the plant's capacity modulate rapidly specifically its transcriptome. In stress type-dependent manner, external signals are translocated into nucleus activate transcription factors, resulting in increased expression particular sets defence-related genes. Among mechanisms transcriptional regulation, chromatin remodelling accomplished through activity histone-modifying enzymes ATP-dependent chromatin-remodelling complexes is emerging as key process orchestration plant responses. this review, we summarize discuss roles may play regulating Arabidopsis defence
