摘要: Cloned Gardnerella vaginalis DNA were selected from a plasmid library constructed with partially restriction endonuclease Hind III-digested genomic of G. to serve as probe in detecting vaginalis. The level detection was determined be approximately 10,000 cells by slot-blot hybridization. This will not cross-hybridize number non-Gardnerella micro-organisms commonly found female genital tract. probe-based hybridization test may become useful tool for the identification uncultured clinical specimens.
