摘要: Abstract Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams of the polar lipids Quil A, cholesterol (Chol) and phosphatidylcholine (PC) in aqueous mixtures prepared by lipid film hydration method (where dried phospholipids are hydrated an solution A) were investigated terms types particulate structures formed therein. Negative staining transmission electron microscopy polarized light used to characterize colloidal coarse dispersed particles present systems. established for water Tris buffer (pH 7.4). The effect equilibration time was also studied with respect systems where samples stored 2 months at 4 °C. Depending on mass ratio Chol PC systems, various including ISCOM matrices, liposomes, ring-like micelles worm-like observed. Other observed as minor presence these predominant colloids helices, layered lamellae (hexagonal pattern micelles). In conditions which appeared promote formation area associated containing increased order: water/short period
