摘要: Abstract In order to improve our understanding of membrane protein solubilization by sodium dodecylsulphate, sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicles have been treated with this surfactant at different detergent: mole ratios. Effects on Ca 2+ -ATPase activity, solubilization, and conformation independently monitored, correlations among the various parameters observed. The thermal denaturation proteins in presence dodecylsulphate has also characterized spectroscopically.
