摘要: Low concentrations of the non-ionic detergent Triton X-100 increase activity sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca++-ATPase without major changes in protein conformation, according to FT-IR spectroscopy H2O and D2O. At higher surfactant enzyme is inhibited, while conformation are seen: The proportion unordered structure increases at expenses ofβ-turns parallelβ-sheet.
