摘要: Abstract Gallium antimonide is receiving a good deal of interest for photovoltaic applications, with its key advantage being long wavelength infrared response. The GaSb cell was originally developed as concentrator booster-cell in GaAs/GaSb tandem stack, while more recently cells have been used thermophotovoltaic (TPV) enabling the generation electricity home furnaces.
